Michael McDougall was born and raised in Oshawa, Ontario. He believes in Giving Back to the community
where he has grown up is very important. In 2008 He became the Chairmen of the Culture Committee
at Keller Williams Energy. Michael has since raised thousands for local charities within Durham region.
Michael is particularly proud with his efforts involved in the Keller Williams Annual Turkey Drive, A
fundraiser focused on feeding needy families on Christmas day. To Date Michael Has helped make this
event a success donating over 400 Turkeys to Families in our community. He is a big supporter of young
local businesses and enjoys seeing the success and growth of others.

Michael entered into the real estate business at the age of 23. In his first year he sold over 5 million
in real estate making him rookie of the year and a fierce sales competitor in Durham region. Years later

his numbers and knowledge for the real estate market continue to grow. He brings self
confidence and a modern sales strategy that he has proved throughout the years. Having been
an instructor at Keller Williams the past few years Michael is always up to date in education and the forever
changing rules and regulations of the business.
